About Favours

The custom of giving Favours, or Bonboniers has a long tradition in Europe.

In recent years the giving of favours to your Communion guests has become very popular.
Each favour traditionally holds five sugared almonds or chocolate dragees, which represent Health, Wealth, Happiness, Long Life and Fertility.

Traditionally the favours are placed on the Communion breakfast or dinner table as they make wonderful table decorations, or your child might choose to distribute them personally at their Communion party/reception.

Favours are a individual touch, one of the small details that provide the day with a real flavour of your own characters and is a token of thanks, a heartfelt touch to make your guests feel extra special.

Our hand crafted favours are made from the finest Italian materials, each containing either five fine Italian chocolate dragees, milk chocolate hearts, mint chocolate or mint imperials.

You might prefer to choose your own filling, and purchase a favour flat pack.

Wherever possible all favours are presented with a label , which you can personalise for an additional cost we can personalise with the name of the child, their Communion date and a special thank you message, or you might like to compose your own
