We use Royal Mail International Signed For Service, for all overseas orders
International Signed For™ is a cost-effective and secure delivery service (airmail and surface) that requires a signature on delivery, available to all worldwide destinations with the standard compensation covering the value up to 100 times the price of the 1st class or content value, whichever is lower. Added option of extra compensation up to £500 (£250 for some destinations) is available upon request.

Important Information Air Mail Royal Mail & National Courier Delivery Services

The delivery of goods to you is deemed to be a separate contract for services, distinct from your contract to purchase the goods.

We must state as part of our terms & conditions that once we have processed and dispatched your order and it has been accepted by the Royal Mail or National Carrier we are completely in their hands to operate their service. We regret that we cannot be responsible when your order may arrive later than expected or is lost in their service.

Whilst we make every effort to process and dispatch orders with all possible speed we regret that we cannot accept responsibility if an item fails to arrive by the required date. We as a company do not deliver the orders, we pay a third party company to provide this service for us, so we cannot accept responsibility for the delays that do occasionally occur when using carriers.

Customs & Import Duties.
If you live outside the EU, please be aware that local customs & import duties may be charged to you when your parcel reaches your country. We have no control over customs delays or custom charges we complete and submit paperwork that is required for customs clearance and charges so unfortunately cannot predict what charges your may incur or custom timescales

We cannot be responsible for any duty or taxes which may become payable.

If a customer chooses to refuse a shipment due to customs and import duties, we request for Royal Mail not to return the package to us, so a final sale is completed no refund or credit is offered.

Royal Mail International Signed For Service
Secure - Product travels through a separate and secure network. Each item is individually listed and accounted for before being handed over to the airline. Proof of posting provided as standard and deliveries made by domestic postal operators who provide a universal service in those destinations.

Signature on delivery - Customers can be sure that the item will be delivered only if the recipient signs for it. Valuables may be included if the destination country permits. Please be aware that copy of the signature is not currently part of the service offering.

Additional peace of mind - additional
compensation up to £250 or £500 (dependent on destination) available for more valuable items.
Availability - available to every destination in the world.

Visible - Royal Mail track trace provides up to date visibility until the item leaves the UK (airmail only).
