Customers find it very useful to browse through the pages of our website to choose their products but prefer to call our office to place their order. We operate a telephone order service during the following hours, UK time.

When you call us to place your order by telephone our staff will require quite a lot of information to ensure your order is processed efficently.

Telephone orders take longer to process, as INTERNET ORDERS DO TAKE PRIORITY OVER TELEPHONE ORDERS.

PLACING A TELEPHONE ORDER
telephone number - When you first call to place your order we will require the telephone number you are calling from at the time of calling. This will allow us to get back to you if we are suddenly cut off.

email address - We request an e-mail address so that we can confirm your order, by sending an invoice for you to check order and confirm total amount to be charged. Please be sure, when giving you e-mail address, to state where specific punctuation occurs. We would value all addresses being spelt out letter by letter. One mistake and cyberspace mail service cannot deliver.

Saver Dispatch is our slow basic UK service and we use 2nd class Royal Mail post service.
When to expect receipt of your order? 
Delivery Service - Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 3-7 working days (including Saturday) after dispatch No guarantees on how quickly your order will arrive - We recommend that you allow 10 - 14 working days from placement of order to receipt of goods 14* working days during busy times.

UK 2ND CLASS DISPATCH - £3.25 PER ORDER

Shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery Service - A signature is required on receipt

EXPRESS UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY - From £8.50 PER ORDER
Processing and Dispatch Timescale -  orders placed before 11am (via telephone) (1pm via internet) are dispatched sameday - Due to the volume of order we receive during the Communion season we are not always able to accept UK Next delivery orders via telephone during April, May and June

COMPLETING YOUR ORDER
As soon as you have completed your order a member of staff will answer any questions you may have, we will then check stock, raise and send an invoice by e-mail and call you back

Personalised orders via the telephone - we are happy to accept a personalised order via telephone, although we do not accept personalised details, these need to be sent via e-mail to accounts@keepsakekreations.co.uk

If you are calling about an order already placed please have your paypal transation reference number or e-mail address ready to quote at the beginning of your call.

As a specialist small business, during the month of May & June we are not always able to accept telephone orders as this enables us to prioritise our resources which is critical in getting customer internet orders processed and despatched as quickly as possible.
