Before you complete and pay for your order we need to advise we currently use a paypal checkout process, which does NOT offer UK and Airmail dispatch and delivery service options at the final checkout process,
If you require an another dispatch and delivery service these options need to be selected and added to cart BEFORE final paypal checkout. Postage is a product and can also be purchased on its own if you want to add postage after a payment has been made.
Orders dispatched within service chosen by Royal Mail 1st class service, please allow additional time for Royal Mail delivery.We are not responsible if the Royal Mail does not deliver on time.

FREE UK STANDARD SAVER - For when time isn't important
Processing and Dispatch Timescale: 5 - 10 working days
Saver Dispatch is our slow basic UK service - shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery Service - Not Insured. Sent at customer's own risk - not traceable nor insured if lost/damaged in transit. No signature required.
When to expect receipt of your order?
Delivery Service - Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 3-7 working days (including Saturday) after dispatch No guarantees on how quickly your order will arrive - We recommend that you allow 10 - 14 working days from placement of order to receipt of goods 14* working days during busy times.
NonTrackable Service
Standard saver delivery service is a free non trackable service - delivery is provided by Royal Mail and we cannot be held responsible for any failings with their service. If the delivery service fails then we will assist you in any compensation claim but you must make the claim with Royal Mail. If you do not accept this condition please do not use the free dispatch service.
UK 2ND CLASS DISPATCH - £3.25 PER ORDER

Shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery Service - Proof of Delivery service. A signature is required on receipt - Insured up to £41 if lost/damaged in transit

We recommend that you allow 7 -10 working days from placement of order to receipt of goods. Please note working days are Monday - Friday.

Internet orders do take priority over telephone orders.
Saver Dispatch is our slow basic UK service and we use 2nd class Royal Mail post service. If you have chosen this service, we aim to process your order within 5 -10 working days from when payment has been received, and always process your order within 10 working days. Royal Mail advise that they aim to deliver 2nd class post within 3-7 working days (including Saturday) after we have dispatched but it is not guaranteed in this time. If you require your order by a certain date or to be tracked then we always advise the First or Express service. Saver delivery may require a signature on receipt of the goods, according to the weight and value of the order and the carrier used to send the goods.
To avoid disappointment or additional worry about if your order will arrive in time, please make sure you add the correct postage service to your basket BEFORE, you proceed to Paypal Checkout.
Please Note: That at busy times, it may take us a little longer to dispatch items to you. Only Express orders are guaranteed as Royal Mail next day service.
Advance Notice
March, April, May & June are our busiest time of year and we receive a high volume of orders daily, orders are prioritised by postage option chosen. We do recommend 1st class post during APRIL, MAY and JUNE if you require your order within 5 - 7 working days.
The delivery of goods to you is deemed to be a separate contract for services, distinct from your contract to purchase the goods. We use Royal Mail Delivery service for all orders under 5kg, this service is operated by Royal Mail, so we are not responsible if the Royal Mail does not deliver on time.
We must state as part of our terms & conditions that once we have processed and dispatched your order and it has been accepted by the Royal Mail we are completely in their hands to operate their service. Delivery timescales are approximate we regret that we cannot be responsible and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late deliveries or lost packages. If you have purchased a dispatch service that has a tracking number, we will help to track your order, if you have chosen our free standard service, Royal Mail will not assist or help track the package until 15 working days after your order has been dispatched.
Delivery time information is provided by Royal Mail , and exclude weekends and bank holidays. Note that Royal Mail delivery times may vary, particularly during peak period.
Our Royal Mail packages are collected daily by Royal Mail, and we obtain proof of collection for packages collected by Royal Mail
Trackable parcels will require a signature on receipt, if the delivery officer cannot deliver he will leave a calling card to advise what action he has taken if he cannot get a reply.
The Royal Mail postman will return the parcel to your local posting or sorting office and you must collect within 5 - 15 working days, otherwise it will be returned to us. Should any order be returned to us by the carrier after an unsuccessful delivery attempt any additional charges must be paid by the customer. If the order is to be resent, the customer will have to pay for additional postage.
Whilst we make every effort to process and dispatch orders with all possible speed we regret that we cannot accept responsibility if an item fails to arrive by the required date. We as a company do not deliver the orders, we pay a third party company to provide this service for us, so we cannot accept responsibility for the delays that do occasionally occur when using carriers.
Overseas Delivery
Customs & Import Duties.
If you live outside the EU, please be aware that local customs & import duties may be charged to you when your parcel reaches your country. We have no control over these charges so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be.
