Important Information Re Royal Mail Delivery Services

The delivery of goods to you is deemed to be a separate contract for services, distinct from your contract to purchase the goods. We use Royal Mail Delivery service for all orders this service is operated by Royal Mail, so we are not responsible if the Royal Mail does not deliver on time.
We must state as part of our terms & conditions that once we have processed and dispatched your order and it has been accepted by the Royal Mail we are completely in their hands to operate their service. Delivery timescales are approximate we regret that we cannot be responsible and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late deliveries or lost packages. If you have purchased a dispatch service that has a tracking number, we will help to track your order, if you have chosen our free standard service, Royal Mail will not assist or help track the package until 15 working days
Keepsake Kreations cannot be held liable for any consequential loss, damage or disappointment if Royal Mail fail to deliver within their published time scales. Once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail for delivery, delivery is out of our hands and control.
Track and Trace Your Parcel With Royal Mail
Customer who purchased either 'Recorded', 'Next Day', 'Airsure' or 'International Signed For' delivery can easily track their delivery here, using the Royal Mail Track & Trace service (requires pop-ups to be enabled on your computer)
To track your parcel CLICK HERE and enter the 13-digit reference number provided in your paypal postal/dispatch email.
Alternatively you can check your order status by clicking on any Paypal links in your e-mail " Receipt for Payment" and logging into your Paypal transaction.
What to do if you think your parcel is lost
If you have a query about dispatch/non delivery for a product which you have already ordered, before contacting us please check the disptach service chosen, if you have selected a Royal Mail trackable dispatch service and this timescale has exceeded please contact us.
We and all of our designers take pride in giving a great service, and that includes efficient dispatch. However, there are rare occasions where external factors completely outside of our or their control can delay a package, despite our or their best endeavours, so we do ask for your patience and cooperation in these circumstances.
Recorded Delivery [UK Customers]
For Recorded Delivery items Royal Mail state that you should wait 15 working days (excl Saturdays & Sundays, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays) after the day the parcel was posted before the item is regarded as lost. This is to allow time for Royal Mail to deliver it to you or to return it to us if they cannot deliver for whatever reason. If you requested delivery to your work address, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it - please check.
If you have still not received your parcel (and it has not been returned to us) after 15 working days since it was posted, please email us so that we can make a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf and issue a credit note upon resolution of the claim .
In the meantime you should contact your local postal sorting office with your parcel reference number to see if they are holding the parcel (the postman may have forgotten to leave a card, it has been known!).
International Signed For Air Mail & Airsure Delivery [Non-UK Customers]
For International Signed For Air Mail and Airsure Delivery items Royal Mail state that you should wait 25 working days (excl Saturdays & Sundays, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays) after the day the parcel was posted before the item is regarded as lost. This is to allow time for the postal service in your own country to deliver it to you or to return it to us if they cannot deliver for whatever reason. Your customs department may also be holding your parcel. If you requested delivery to your work address, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it - please check.
If you have still not received your parcel (and it has not been returned to us) after 25 working days since it was posted, please email us so that we can make a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf and issue a refund upon resolution of the claim. In the meantime you should contact your local postal depot with your parcel reference number to see if they are holding the parcel (the postman may have forgotten to leave a card, it has been known!).
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY E-MAILS?
Paypal send order confirmation and other emails automatically to the e-mail address you provided. Occasionally these emails get mistaken for spam mail by e-mail filters and firewall (because these emails are generated by a computer). Check your anti spam e-mail folder
SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS - We regret that if you request for us to mark parcels with 'leave in porch' (or similar instruction) we will do this however due to possible theft this is entirely at your own risk - we cannot be held responsible for any failings - Royal Mail will not leave packages that require a signature on receipt.
I WANT TO CHECK IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND DISPATCHED
Free UK Standard Saver - and standard Air Mail dispatch service are sent at the customers own risk and there is nothing Keepsake Kreations can do if your parcel does not arrive or is returned back to us. Keepsake Kreations is not liable for loss, damage or theft in transit, or for any consequential loss, damage or disappointment if Royal Mail fail to deliver within their published time scales. Refunds cannot be given or replacement items sent in these circumstances.
If the delivery service fails then we will assist you in any compensation claim but you must make the claim with Royal Mail.If you do not accept this condition please do not use this free dispatch service, we therefore recommend you select a tracked/signed for dispatch option before checkout.
NB Royal Mail cannot track standard 1st or 2nd Class or standard Air Mail packages
