RESTRICTIONS

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
For an order to qualify for the FREE UK dispatch service, orders need to be £4.00 - The costs incurred by Royal Mail and Debit/Credit charges mean that commercially we need to have a minimum order value of £4.00 which is applicable to all on line & telephone orders. Orders under £3.99 will incur a £3.25 postage charge.

MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS
Made to order products and drop ship products are excluded from our FREE UK Saver dispatch service, designer/supplier dispatch services are shown on each product page.

RECEIPT OF ORDERS - First Holy Communion Day download orders from their website servers between office hours Monday - Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm.

Any orders placed on line after 4.30pm will be received and processed by staff from the next working day at 9.30am. Orders placed on line after 4.30pm on a Friday will be received and processed by staff on a Monday, or Tuesday if a Bank Holiday

PROCESSING ORDERS - Once your order is received, it is packed and shipped according to the delivery option you choose. When your order is dispatched, we will update your paypal transaction, and paypal will automatically send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE - We can guarantee our dispatch times, although Royal Mail provide our delivery service, so we do not guarantee any delivery dates.

Saver Dispatch is our slow basic UK service - shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery Service - Not Insured. Sent at customer's own risk - not traceable or insured if lost/damaged in transit. No signature required.

When to expect receipt of your order? 
Delivery Service - Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 3-7 working days (including Saturday) after dispatch No guarantees on how quickly your order will arrive - We recommend that you allow 10 - 14 working days from placement of order to receipt of goods 14* working days during busy times.
NonTrackable Service

Standard saver delivery service is a free non trackable service - delivery is provided by Royal Mail and we cannot be held responsible for any failings with their service. If the delivery service fails then we will assist you in any compensation claim but you must make the claim with Royal Mail. If you do not accept this condition please do not use the free dispatch service.

2ND CLASS DELIVERY WITHIN UK - £3.25 per Order
