PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE.

Ideally during the Communion season our designers need at least 5 - 15 working days to make your personalised custom designed order after receiving the approved payment and order from Paypal.

If you are on a limited time-scale, Why not use our Express Service and speed the dispatch time to 3 - 5 working days, for an extra £10.00
 
When your order is complete it will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, for guaranteed delivery before 1pm next working day (Monday - Friday)

Please note Next Day Delivery excludes weekends. The express service is limited, and if it become full , we will advise by e-mail. If your express order is accepted, your order will become our priority and your order will be dispatched ASAP.

We cannot offer a next day service on custom designed – hand made to order gifts. If we receive an order with less than 3 - 5 days before date of celebration we will cancel the order and process a refund via Paypal

This Express Service fee is NOT the postage fee, and is only available by a few designers, and is the express fee is for ONE item. Please do not ask for an exception on the express service fee if you are asking for a rush order.

Please do not add any other postal option to a personalised & custom made gift order, if these are added they will be refunded, all personalised & custom made gifts are sent by Royal Mail 1st class post, except where Express Service has been added to the order.

March – July is our busiest time of year, and our personalised custom made First Holy Communion gifts are always popular and in great demand, however, we will always try our best to meet your order.
