Rest assured that when you place your order with us using Next Day or Saturday delivery we will process it in the quickest time possible. We will notify you immediately if there is a problem with your order such as an item out of stock.

The delivery of goods to you is deemed to be a separate contract for services, distinct from your contract to purchase the goods.

 If an error has been made on our part and we have failed to despatch on time or notify you of any problems prior to despatch we will refund your delivery charge in full.

In reality, most stock item orders placed before 1pm will be processed and shipped the same day although this cannot be guaranteed. As we have to rely on Paypal to notify us by e-mail that we have received an order

We need to allow approx 30 - 60 mins from the customer placing the order on line to us receiving an e-mail from Paypal of "notification of payment received" ,Your payment for your order is held as pending whilst Paypal payment processing service follows checks including:
Card Verification Value (CVV2) ,Security Code Verification , Address Verification Service (AVS), once all of these checks are complete, Paypal will notify us. This process is not instant, so if placing an order after 12 noon, we cannot guarantee that we will receive notification of payment received from Paypal before 1pm.

Orders placed or payments received after 1pm will take an additional day to be dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE - We do not offer Sunday delivery. Orders placed between 1pm on Friday and 1pm on Monday please expect delivery on the following Tuesday.

Signatures are required for the delivery option and you can specify an alternative delivery address to your billing address.

If you place your order AFTER 1pm on a FRIDAY of a Bank holiday weekend, your order will not be processed until the next working day - TUESDAY , please expect delivery on the following WEDNESDAY
