firstholycommunionday.co.uk is your one stop personalised First Communion website, we offer the largest range of personalised First Communion gifts and presents, we have over 30 designers who sell and make their range of made to order personalised gifts on our website, – each made to order product is sent directly from each designer.

How to order a Personalised Gift or Present?

 - Search This Website Box  - Enter a product type, name or product code

- View our vast range of personalised First Communion gifts and presents online.

- Choose the item/s you wish to purchase, purchasing as many personalised or made to order gifts from as many different designers as you like. add the product /s to your shopping basket, you will then view your product/s in the paypal basket. Click "CONTINUE SHOPPING"

- Gift wrapping many designers dispatch made to order products beautifully wrapped at no extra cost. Some do offer gift wrapping service with a personalised card or gift message for an additional charge

 - Dispatch Charges, each made to order product is sent directly from the designer and many offer a range of dispatch services, click on the drop down menu to select correct dispatch UK or Air Mail service so to ensure the product reaches you as quickly as possible. It is important to remember that designer dispatch charges and times vary from each designer, so please check each product page.
If you have also placed stock items in your basket, these products will be sent by our dispatch team by the free standard saver dispatch service, unless additional delivery option is added

- When you return back to the website, and product page, if you need to add personalisation details scroll down the page and complete the personalisation form, when complete press the send button. This form is emailed direct to First Holy Communion day (you will receive an automated e-mail from us on receipt of your form)

 - Either continue shopping or to place and pay for your order you will need to "VIew Cart "- click on "VIew Cart ", or "Checkout "  (these buttons can be found on every page of the website, in the top right hand corner) you will be taken to Paypal checkout to complete your order. There is also an opportunity at paypal checkout to include information to seller. You’ll pay through one easy paypal checkout . At paypal checkout either choose "pay by card" - Paypal accept all major credit and debit cards, including Switch, Visa, Delta, Maestro and MasterCard, or choose "pay with paypal account"

- You’ll receive an paypal receipt - this is your order confirmation

- We will then process your order, and we’ll notify each designer of your order, we will update your paypal transcation with an order number to advise that your order is in process

PERSONALISATION INFORMATION

Please be careful when entering your personalised details and ensure that all spellings and capitalisations are correct, as what is entered into the personalisation boxes, will be copied directly into the product

Do not exceed the max number of characters for personalisation, as your order will be rejected by the designer, and we will need to contact you, hence delaying the process of your order

Personalised Submission Form Received - No Paypal Payment Received?

If we receive a personalisation submission form, without a paypal payment, we will contact you by e-mail to advise that your order is currently at the status "order pending", you can either contine your order on-line or contact us during office hours to advise of delivery address and payment details.

Paypal Payment Received - No Personalisation Details?

We will contact by e-mail to request personalisation details. We do not accept personalisation details via phone.
