Due to the personalised nature of the personalised gift, they are a non returnable item

We offer three types of UK dispatch service, Standard Service, 48hr Priority on orders received before 12.00 noon - and Saturday Service for orders received before 4pm on Thursday.
We will always try to dispatch orders received after cut off as well.

Orders dispatched within service chosen by Royal Mail 1st class service, please allow additional time for Royal Mail delivery. We are not responsible if the Royal Mail does not deliver on time.
