Quality assurance staff inspects each item for fitness and quality before shipping.
We warranty your item(s) to be free of defects in workmanship or materials.
All items are subject to availability .
• Stock First Communion Shoes - All items are subject to availability . These First Communion Shoes are stocked and shipped by First Holy Communion Day
• We do monitor stock daily and will notify you immediately if any First Communion Shoes ordered are unavailable and will offer you an alternative, if required.
• Only one Communion Shoe Purchase, per order.
PRE ORDER BASIS
If you require First Holy Communion day to order shoes that we currently do not stock, we can process this order on a pre order basis, and place an order direct from the designer. Please note: Pre-order products are non returnable.
AVAILABILITY, OUT OF STOCK ORDERS
First Communion Day cannot be held liable for items that are out of stock. All items are subject to availability, We make every effort to ensure items are available. However, due to stock being in limited sizes and quantities and most, only being available for one season, certain items may not be repeated or available.In the unlikely event of any items being out of stock, we will contact you via e-mail with an estimated delivery date. You will have the option to cancel your order or wait for stock.
DISPATCH DETAILS
• Delivery times will depend on the method of postage you choose and the delivery location.
• Orders that have Next Day Service must be placed by 1pm in order to be processed that day.
• Business days are Monday through Friday
Orders placed after 1pm Friday - 9.00am Monday will not be processed until after 9.00am Monday (except Bank Holidays)
• Please Check if Item is Stock Item or Shipped direct from Designer
• If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your-in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped seperately at no additional charge when they become available
WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES
• Check to make sure you received exactly what you ordered.
• Do not remove any tags or dispose of the shipping box or packaging for items.
• Please try shoes on a carpeted surface, to avoid the soles being scuffed and wear pop socks (provided with your shoes) or own foot socks when trying on shoes (as silk and satin shoes mark very easily)
• If there is a problem, contact our customer service department within (3) days
of the receipt of your order. We recommend that you send an e-mail to:

• If you wish to exchange or return an item, we will at this time, issue you a returns number
No Merchandise will be accepted or return or exchange without the returns number written clearly on the outside of the package
If you product is damaged in transit, please keep all packaging. We will ask that you send photo's of the damaged item and packaging, so that we process a claim with Royal Mail.
You will need to keep hold of the product and item, until we notify you of a reference number and a freepost address send the damaged product and packaging to.
EXCHANGES
• If a mistake was made on our part, or if the item is defective, return the product to us we will promptly send you a replacement with no shipping cost to you, plus refund postage incurred to return item
• If you merely want to exchange any part of your order, simply place a new order, or retrun for an exchange, flat fee of £2.00 exchange fee is charged.
• The cost of returning the unwanted item is the customer’s responsibility, the refund will be less postage costs to dispatch the item. We do recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery, Registered post or by courier that will enable you to obtain insurance and a tracking number.
Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
• We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during this shipment, if an item is returned to us damaged by the carrier, we will contact the customer as it is the customers responsibility to process a claim through the carrier and not First Holy Communion Day.
RETURNS
• After you have notified us of the problem and received a returns number,
just follow the directions on the form you received with your order.
• Your return must be postmarked within seven days of receipt of the returns number
otherwise it will be shipped back at your expense and considered a final sale.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these next steps
1. Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible along with the packing slip.
2. Obtain a Returns authorisation number by sending an email to tina@keepsakekreations.co.uk
3. Include the full Returns Number in the following return shipping address.

For your security, when returning a product please use an insured service and obtain proof of posting. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery, First Holy Communion Day is not accountable for items damaged or lost in transit. If the nature of the return is due to the item being damaged, defective, or not the correct product, First Holy Communion Day will refund postage costs.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - We will only process a refund if the First Communion shoes are returned to us in prestine condition, if First Communion shoes are returned to us with any marks or scuffs, in an unsaleable condition we will NOT accept the return, the customer will be notified and NO refund will be processed.
CREDITING YOUR ACCOUNT
• Refunds will be processed and issued within 10 business days after receipt of the
merchandise for the customer. We will credit the method of payment used.
Non Suitable items we will deduct shipping fees that incurrecd to dispatch the item to the customer
• Please allow up to 28 days for the credit card companies to process the refund.
CANCELLATION AN ORDER
• Any cancellation must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed
• Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. Our normal return policy
will then apply if the merchandise is unwanted.
