The ‘Directory’ has been created by the company to help its customer’s source First Holy Communion services in their chosen area. Applications to become an advertiser must be submitted using the appropriate application forms found on the web site. Advertising is restricted to COMMUNION SUPPLIERS & SERVICES only. Advertising agreements run for one year from the date of insertion. The "company" will notify the advertiser in writing when the advertisement is due for renewal.It is the advertiser’s responsibility to check on their own advertisement for correct function. The "company" cannot be responsible for lost links, down time or lost business as a result and also reserves the right to modify, edit, remove and reject applications if the advertisement is inappropriate.
CHANGES IN SPECIFICATION -In the event of a product or a products component going into short supply, the company will source a replacement. If the replacement product or component is very different to the original advertised on the website the company will contact the customer direct to discuss it with them.

EXPORT - Products offered for sale by firstholycommunionday and it suppliers for made to order products are directed solely at UK residents. We have no representation that any products sold through this website are appropriate or available for use outside of the UK. If you choose to purchase from this site from locations outside of the UK, or for delivery outside of the UK, then you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. We currently only ship orders under 2KG - Overseas shipping and despatch rates are displayed on the website. We use Royal Mail International Signed For Service which is secure and fully insured service to most international destinations.We place a customs label on all parcels shipped to a non EU country. The customer is responsible for paying their own local import tax/duty plus any post office handling charge. We have no control over customs delays, and we cannot be responsible for any duty or taxes which may become payable. If a customer chooses to refuse a shipment due to customs and import duties, we can`t refund the purchase price or any subsequent postal charges.

The company has created many links to these terms and conditions from the product pages and other areas within its website. The customer may continue to place an order with the company only if they have read and are accepting the companies terms and conditions. LIMITED LIABILITY AND SAFETY -In no event will the company or any of its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever to either the customer or a third party claimant, for direct or indirect damages, loss, loss of income or replacement costs resulting from a product sold by the company that is miss-used, left un-attended, negligence or any other situation where common user safety should be applied. Examples of safety issues are choking from small parts such as a sequins or fire resulting from an un-attended candle. The company’s products are sold on the assumption that the customer will take reasonable care and use the products with safety in mind. The company mainly retails hand crafted decorative items with many small parts, glitter, and sequins for a traditional celebration. The company will make every effort to warn the customer about anything it considers being a possible safety issue by either a written notice alongside a product on the website, some products come with a written warning on the packaging or a warning incorporated with/on a despatch or advice note.
ORDERING ON-LINE - The companies on-line ‘secure payment system’ is operated by Paypal a division of NatWest Bank. Paypal encrypts the customer’s personal details making the system reliable and secure. Paypal is operational 24 hours a day and accepts Master Card, Access, Switch and Solo. The customer can specify the postal address if different from their home address. We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses. A confirmation Paypal receipt will be sent by email after completing the transaction. Customers are advised to remember the Paypal transaction/receipt id number or print off the Paypal receipt.
We have made every effort to display all our products as accurately as possible First Holy Communion Day reserves the right to not supply that item at said price. However as colours and images vary depending on your own monitor and browser we cannot guarantee that products will be exactly as seen on your monitor. Most products have been described with sizes/lengths given as accurately as possible. We do try to make sure that all details contained within the Web Site are as accurate as possible. On the rare occasion that there is a typo error, we cannot be held responsible.
First Holy Communion Day reserve the right at any time to revise prices to account for any increases in costs including, but not limited to, the increase or imposition of any duty, tax, levy or exchange rate variation. We will take all reasonable steps to notify you of any relevant revision of prices before processing your order.
DISPATCH SERVICES - Made to order products and drop ship products are excluded from our FREE UK Saver dispatch service, designer/supplier dispatch services are shown on each product page.
For an order to qualify for the FREE UK dispatch service, orders need to be £4.00 - Orders under £3.99 will incur a £3.25 postage charge.
We offer a Paypal shopping cart, your shopping basket displays the goods you have chosen, many of our designer made to order products are provided on a drop ship service, and designers offer several dispatch services, prices may vary for each designer, all dispatch times quoted are estimated only, based on availability and normal delivery time in working days. All stock items prices include our free standard saver dispatch service, We do offer additional dispatch services and these need to be purchased BEFORE CHECKOUT and are available on the website see "DELIVERY OPTIONS"

Free UK Standard Saver - and standard Air Mail dispatch service are sent at the customers own risk and there is nothing Keepsake Kreations can do if your parcel does not arrive or is returned back to us. Keepsake Kreations is not liable for loss, damage or theft in transit, or for any consequential loss, damage or disappointment if Royal Mail fail to deliver within their published time scales. Refunds cannot be given or replacement items sent in these circumstances.
If the delivery service fails then we will assist you in any compensation claim but you must make the claim with Royal Mail.If you do not accept this condition please do not use these services, we therefore recommend you select a tracked/signed for dispatch option before checkout.

OUTSTANDING INVOICES - We exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Faulty Goods
Many of our stock products are imported from overseas suppliers and will have passed their
quality checks, many of the products are gift packed and sealed when we receive them ready to be dispatched. Due to the quantity of orders we process, we do not check all the products before processing and dispatching your order. If you discover the goods are faulty, you must notify us of the defect within 7 days of the date of delivery or within a reasonable period of time of discovery (if the defect was not readily apparent). We ask that you return the faulty good to us,if we agree with you that the goods are faulty, and that the fault was not caused by your neglect or misuse of the goods, We will, at your choice, replace, refund or repair (if possible) the faulty goods at no cost to you. We will refund any reasonable costs you prove that you have incurred in returning the faulty goods to us. We recommend that you keep proof of posting or postal receipts for this purpose.
Returns policy - Designer "Made to Order" Products :
All of the designer handmade accessories and products on our website are handmade to your own specifications and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged. Handmade items are exempt from the ‘Distance Selling Regulations’. For more information please visit the Office of Fair Trading website.

Incorrect Goods - If we send you incorrect goods, You must notify us as soon as you discover the mistake and within a reasonable period of time. We do not offer a pre paid Returns services, so we
ask you to return the goods to us by post; or we will either, at your choice: send you the correct items as soon as possible after receipt of the returned Goods; or refund the price of the goods and return postage..
Undelivered Packages - Should a package be returned to us undelivered (due to Courier or Royal Mail not being able to deliver for reasons outside their control, or the package is not collected from the relevant local branch or Royal Mail Post Office within five working days of the attempted delivery, or the intended recipient informing the delivery service that the package should be returned to sender), we reserve the right to deduct the cost of delivery and return delivery/postage from any refund. Delivery and/or re-direction charges will apply if an incorrect address or incorrect address details are provided and a package has to be re-routed or re-sent after it has left our dispatch centre.
Address for Delivery: Delivery will be made to the address specified on the Paypal receipt by the customer .Please make sure that when you enter a delivery address where there will be someone at that address to receive and if required to sign for the delivery, enabling us and our delivery service providers to get the item(s) to you. There is the option in the paypal checkout to enter an alternative address for delivery (e.g. place of work, neighbour, etc.) if you or someone else on your behalf are unavailable during the weekday to receive the package(s).
