Appointment Guidance

***PLEASE NOTE IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO TRY THE SALE DRESSES ON AT THE APPOINTMENTS - THESE ARE NOW ONLY AVAILABLE ONLINE***
  • Most dresses are in stock and ready to take away at your appointment (except Millie Grace & Spanish Dresses which are made to order dresses).
  • Appointments will be 1 hour long and you will need to provide your short list of dresses that you would like to view before the appointment date.  You will not be limited to just these dresses but it gives us a starting point
  • A maximum of 2 appointments per child, one to decide and one to collect & accessorise if required. If you require extra appointments over and above this, these will be charged at £30 per hour.
  • A maximum of 2 adults are allowed to accompany your child at the appointment - space is limited so please bear this in mind 
  • The dressing room is upstairs and not suitable for those who are unable to climb stairs unaided
  • Please avoid bringing younger siblings if you can
  • If your dress needs to be ordered in, you can either have your dress delivered to you or you can make a fitting appointment to come and collect.
  • If you can not decide on the dress at your appointment, you can pay a 50% deposit to hold the dress for a maximum of 5 days.  A maximum of 2 dresses can be held.
  • No dress can be taken away without full payment.
  • Refunds and exchanges are available for up to 14 days after purchase (in store) but are not available for any dresses ordered in or made to order.
  • A record of which school/church is kept to avoid duplicate dresses at your daughters Communion. I will not sell the same dress to the same service but can not guarentee that someone wouldn't purchase the same dress from a different shop or supplier.
  • Please advise as soon as you know you will not be able to make an appointment, so it can be offered to another person.


Appointments guarantee EXCLUSIVITY and PRIVACY on a one to one basis. All appointments last approximately 60 minutes.
 

The Dressing Room was created with the vision to give parents and little girls the ultimate in service, surroundings and choice when it comes to the all important decision of choosing a Communion dress.

You will be the only customer and your appointment will be held upstairs in the comfort of "The Dressing Room". You'll experience the ultimate in personal attention from Jo who knows everything there is to know about dressing a little girl for her First Holy Communion day.

We stock a maximum of 2 to 3 Communion dresses in each dress style in a range of sizes to ensure exclusivity. We also stock some petite and plus size Communion dresses. .For any Communion dresses in "The Dressing Room Collection" we work on an ‘Appointment Only’ basis, so that we will be able to give you individual personal attention and service
