This full petticoat with vest top is fully lined using polyester lining, it is designed with uneven tiers, so to provide fullness towards the bottom of the dress or skirt.

This petticoat design is ideal for dresses that fan out towards the bottom, netting and hoop provides the extra volume, ideal for wearing underneath a First Communion dress to give extra fullness

Full Petticoat that pulls over the head, is designed with a vest bodice attached to a petticoat and cut so that the waist of the petticoat falls at the natural waist

A full petticoat is a good choice for children, as both the dress and petticoat are hanging from the shoulders in a flowing line, plus you will not need to worry about the petticoat slipping down.

The designer recommends this petticoat should be 2"  shorter than the dress.

Hooped petticoats are designed with a sealed tunnel to hold the light weight metal bone hoop at hem (please be careful when unpacking as the hoop will spring up)
 
Even a little fullness childrens slip can have an impact on the length of the hem, adding a full petticoat to a dress will shorten the appearance of the dress length anywhere from 2 to 6 inches
