Children's sizing: We have a standard size for each age from baby to age 16. We are also happy to make to measure if you prefer. Please see our size guide for more information.

An extension chain is included on the bracelet to allow adjustment of size and room for growth.

Adult sizing: Our standard adult bracelet lengths are small 18cms, med 20cms and large 22cms. We can also make to measure. The necklace can be 16 or 18 inches long or we can make to measure.

Due to the personalised nature of the personalised gift, they are a non returnable item and non-refundable.

We will always try to dispatch orders received after cut off as well.

Resizing: All orders will be remade for free if they do not fit as long as they are returned within 1 month of purchase. Please contact us to arrange this.

All sizes are approximate as the size of each bead, the length of a name and the need for the bracelet to be symmetrical will determine the exact finished length.

Total length is measured from the tip of the clasp to the first ring past the beads i.e. if the bracelet has an extender chain attached this will add extra length to the measurements below.

Girls Age 0 - 3 yrs = 13cms

Girls Age 3 - 5 yrs = 14.5cms

Girls Age 5 - 8 yrs = 16cms

Girls Age 8 - 16 yrs = 17cms

Adult small = 18cms
