This is such a sweet little dress, polka dots and tulle, my favourite combination!
Scalloped neckline enclosed with delicate polka dot tulle, 3/4 length sleeve which end with a flourish and a full tulle skirt and let's talk about that lace on the waistband...just gorgeous topped with a little organza flower.
